Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Towtura, LLC a driver reimbursement membership program ("Towtura", "we", "our", or "us"). By signing up for a membership with Towtura, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
1. OVERVIEW
Towtura, LLC offers membership plans that provide access to potential reimbursement benefits in connection with qualified
enforcement-related vehicle events, including but not limited to towing, booting, parking citations, or
repossession-related fees. Towtura is not an insurance provider, legal service, or dispatch network.
2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Membership is tied to a single registered vehicle. The vehicle must be listed accurately with Towtura through your
onboarding or claim profile.
- Only incidents that occur after the membership start date will be considered for reimbursement.
- You must be the vehicle's legal owner, leaseholder, or primary operator with valid documentation.
3. QUALIFIED EVENTS
A "qualified event" is an enforcement-related vehicle expense (such as a tow, boot, ticket, or repossession-related fee)
that, upon internal review, appears to:
- Be issued in error, without legal justification, or in violation of local ordinances;
- Result from poor signage, improper enforcement practices, or conflicting parking rules;
- Fall outside the scope of clearly communicated property rules or relevant regulations.
All qualified events are subject to internal review and require complete supporting documentation. Determination of a
qualified event is made solely at Towtura's discretion.
4. EXCLUSIONS
The following types of events are not eligible for reimbursement under any membership plan:
- Police impounds or enforcement actions taken as a result of criminal investigations, arrests, or DUI;
- Incidents related to unpaid registration, expired tags, or lack of insurance;
- Vehicles parked in clearly marked fire lanes or blocking driveways;
- Tickets issued by automated traffic cameras or moving violations;
- Incidents where the claimant is directly or indirectly responsible for generating the enforcement action (e.g., staging the
tow, collusion with tow truck drivers, or filing on behalf of a friend);
- Any situation where documentation appears falsified, misleading, or incomplete.
5. SUBMITTING A CLAIM
- Members must submit claims through Towtura's online claims portal within 14 calendar days of the incident.
- You must provide required documentation, which may include:
- Proof of payment (if already paid)
- Citation or notice documentation
- Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
- Rental agreement (if driving a rental car)
- Any additional supporting materials requested
- Failure to submit requested documentation will result in claim denial.
6. CLAIM REVIEW & DECISIONS
- All claims are reviewed internally and decisions are final.
- Average claim review time is 5-10 business days.
- Towtura reserves the right to deny any claim that:
- Lacks sufficient documentation
- Does not meet eligibility criteria
- Appears fraudulent, manipulated, or misrepresented
- Was submitted by a party acting outside the scope of the membership terms
7. MEMBERSHIP TIERS & REIMBURSEMENT CAPS
- Basic Plan: Up to $50/year in reimbursement benefits
- Essentials Plan: Up to $150/year
- Premium Plan: Up to $500/year
- Commercial Plan (if enrolled): Up to $1,250/year
8. LEGAL FILING FEE REIMBURSEMENT (PREMIUM MEMBERS ONLY)
- Legal filing fee reimbursement is only available if:
- The original claim is approved
- The member submits a written pre-authorization request
- The filing fee pertains to the same qualified event
- Maximum legal fee reimbursement is $350 per approved request.
- Towtura will not reimburse legal representation fees, court appearances, or damages.
9. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Memberships are non-refundable after purchase.
- You may cancel at any time, but coverage remains valid only through your paid term.
- No prorated refunds will be issued.
10. FRAUD & ABUSE
Towtura has a zero-tolerance policy for false claims, document manipulation, or fraudulent account activity. Any abuse
of the program may result in:
- Immediate membership termination
- Permanent ineligibility for future reimbursement
- Legal action or referral to authorities if applicable
11. PRIVACY & DATA
Towtura stores your personal and vehicle information only as needed to process claims and deliver services. For more,

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Towtura is not liable for:
- Any denial of claims or enforcement actions taken by third parties
- Legal consequences, vehicle damage, or other costs outside of the approved reimbursement amount
- Any reliance you place on reimbursement timelines or outcomes
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued membership use after an update
constitutes agreement to the new terms.
